Immunity Boost Granola
- 250 g (gluten-free) rolled oats
- 75 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 50 ml coconut oil
- 50 ml honey
- 50 ml Immunity Boost Elixir
- A pinch of vanilla powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 bag (50 g) Organic Dried Organic Berry Mix
- Zest of one organic lemon
- Plain yogurt
- Immunity Boost Granola
- Edible flowers for decoration
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped hazelnuts and sunflower seeds.
- In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil and honey over low heat until they melt together.
