Sunny Morning Baguettes
Ingredients
- 400 ml water
- 100 ml apple juice
- 2-3 tablespoons honey
- 50 g fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 ml sesame seeds
- 50 ml sunflower seeds
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons Organic Yellow Berries Powder Mix
- 2 dl spelt flour
- 9 dl whole wheat flour
- 75 ml olive oil
Guide
- Warm up the liquids to hand temperature in a large bowl. Mix in the honey and yeast, as well as the salt.
- Add the remaining ingredients in the order specified (flours in small batches) and knead the dough by hand or with an electric mixer. Finally, add the oil.
- Leave the dough to rise in room temperature for about half an hour.
- Divide the dough into about four parts and shape them into discs. Roll the discs into rolls and let them rise again on a baking sheet for about 20-30 minutes.
- Bake at 200 degrees about 15-20 minutes until the baguettes have a nice golden colour.
