- Start by preheating your oven to a gentle 125°C. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks. Gradually add the sugar, one spoonful at a time, while continuing to whip. When your mixture looks glossy and forms stiff peaks, it's ready to roll.
- Gently fold in the distilled white vinegar, Organic Blueberry Powder and cornstarch. The blueberry powder adds a delightful burst of fruity flavour and a dreamy, natural violet hue to your meringue.
