Ah, summer is in the air and it's time to start eating more healthy. Wanna get back into shape? This blueberry chia pudding recipe is a great way to start your morning and will keep you full until lunch time.
Finnish organic wild blueberries have been called 'brain berries' because they contain flavonoids and anthocyanins that can improve cognitive function and help prevent degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.
Flavonoids that are highly present in Finnish blueberries also act as anti-inflammatory substances that can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
This recipe takes very little effort but will give you lots of energy and health benefits.
Blueberry Chia Pudding
1 glass
Ingredients
- 150 g soy yogurt
- 15 g chia seeds
- 3 teaspoons Organic Wild Blueberry Powder
Guide
- Divide the yogurt into 3 bowls and pour 5 g of chia seeds into each one.
- In 2 bowls put Organic Wild Blueberry Powder, in different quantities to have 2 different shades of colour.
- Assemble the 3 layers in a glass and then let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
