Finnish organic wild blueberries have been called 'brain berries' because they contain flavonoids and anthocyanins that can improve cognitive function and help prevent degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.

Flavonoids that are highly present in Finnish blueberries also act as anti-inflammatory substances that can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

This recipe takes very little effort but will give you lots of energy and health benefits.
