Very easy to make, the added berry powder will make it a favourite among kids and intrigue guests!
Blue Berries Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup (125-150 g) natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract / rum
- 2 tablespoons Organic Blue Berries Powder Mix
- 2 eggs
GUIDE
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, lightly beat eggs, add oil, sugars, rum/vanilla and yogurt, and beat until smooth.
- Add Organic Blue Berries Powder Mix, flour, and baking powder, and beat until well combined.
- Pour into greased cake or loaf pan and bake at 35-40 minutes until knife inserted in cake comes out dry.
- Enjoy at room temperature or refrigerated!
