- For an intensive immunity boost, take 2 teaspoons per day during 7-10 days.
- Immunity Boost Elixir is safe to use for kids. For 6-12 year-olds, give half the daily dose for adults.
- For under 6 year-olds, divide the adult daily dose by four.
